- Campur terigu garam dan penyedap rasa..aduk rata masukkan mentega yg sudah dicairkan...aduk sampai rata...tambahkan air es uleni lagi sampai tercampur rata.
- Diamkan selama 10mnt tutup serbet bersih ya bunda..
- Ambil secukupnya adonan pipihkan...Gilas sampai tipis lalu letakkan di atas cetakan pastel beri isian secukupnya lalu bagian tepi diberi air untuk merekatkan...ulangi sampai habis.
- Setelah selesai simpan sebentar di freezer kurleb 15mnt.. keluarkan.
- Panaskan minyak goreng sampai kuning kecokelatan dg api sedang... angkat dan tiriskan.
